Loretta and Lyle had four children, three daughters and a son. They were married for forty-five years. His son served in the Vietnam Conflict with the 101st airborne Green Berets. Loretta died in 1989. Lyle has been married to Helen Mitchell Kingsbury for the last ten years. Helen had been married for many years before her husbands, Judd's death. They had six children. Two are deceased. A son Jerry and daughter Theresa.
